He’s her good boy gone bad…

Rockstar Ryan Waters has always been the responsible one in his band, Warning Sign. The guy who kept an eye on business while chasing his musical dreams with his best friends. And his closest friend lately just happens to be their tour bus driver, Denver Casey.

Denver Casey is on the run from her past, and she’s careful to stay within her boundaries. Until Ryan becomes her partner in crime and one by one, those boundaries start to crumble. He’s the exact opposite from the guy she’s tried so desperately to leave behind.

Then Ryan turns up missing. And her terror that he’s hurt—or worse—leads to something dark and intoxicating. They both love adrenaline, except this time, the addiction is each other.

Falling for her best friend means putting everything on the line, win or lose. But if her hidden past comes back to haunt them, she might also end up risking her life.

And Ryan’s.

Lost Lyric Found in Oblivion Book 4 edition by Cari Quinn Taryn Elliott Arts Photography eBooks Reviews

This book is book four of the Found in Oblivion Series, and although it is a stand alone book I would recommend reading the others first. This book is about Ryan Waters, Warning Signs band member, and Denver Casey, the bands bus driver.
Ryan is a "jack of all trades" when it comes to the band as he spends his time fluttering from one instrument to the next. He also is highly intelligent, easily bored, and tends to look for the next adrenaline rush, be that through mountain biking or something more serious like gambling. Denver is a highly secretive and tough woman who is hiding from her past. When these two meet they have amazing chemistry and fire but start as friends are careful not to cross that line. Once they do however, WOW, the sparks that fly between them fly off the pages. With both Denver and Ryans pasts however there was a lot of problems to overcome before the end. The hot and sexy scenes between these two were so good, I couldn't put this book down. Taryn Elliott and Cari Quinn definitely did an excellent job of keeping me hooked on this book and now I can't wait to read the next book.  I received an ARC in exchange for a honest review.
Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott always give good rockstars. Though this time their hot rockstar story took an edgy turn that ramped up the sexxy and added a suspenseful twist that kicked up the excitement level an extra notch or three.

It doesn't take long for Warning Sign's master-of-all-instruments, Ryan Waters, and their tour bus driver, Denver Casey, to add benefits to their close friendship. It's supposed to be for only one night, but neither expected such an undeniable passion to erupt between them. One night isn't nearly enough to slake their hunger. Suddenly their time on the road between gigs becomes a lot hotter.

Denver has particular needs that Ryan is a master at fulfilling. I liked that both were so secure in their wants, making no apologies nor expressing no shame. Because of that, their chemistry was explosive.

The mystery was unexpected, with one revelation a total shock that made me gasp. Although I've read this duo often enough I should know by now to expect the unexpected. They're masters at intertwining storylines and creating twists that aren't predictable, which is as aggravating as it's celebrated.

The foundation was laid for at least two future books. Just enough was revealed to make me wanna howl in frustration at the wait, because both have all the hallmarks of being exceptional and leaning more towards the erotic spectrum. Count. Me. In.

Lost Lyric may have started as your typical rockstar story, but it quickly had my heart pounding in excitement-for a couple of reasons. ;)

4.5 stars
Wow Ryan & Denver! Hot, Hot, Hot! from keeping tabs on her best friend because she is worried about him to the great end, it was one ride I could hardly put down to get to work a couple of days on time! Cari Quinn again delivers a story that gets you so involved you feel like your are riding right beside the characters. I love the way these stories develop to draw you in. I know this series is probably going to end sooner or later. I just hope it is later, like much later, with lots of out takes so I can come back and visit Ryan & Denver and the rest of Warning Sign. Cari handles each of these characters and their stories as if their lives depended on it. They are rich in body, well developed like they are real people with all their quirks and faults that she is writing about. They become all your best buds and you want what is best for them as well as wanting to find out whether the others get their happily ever after.

Even though this book is a stand alone, once you have read this book if you haven't read the others you are seriously going to want to. This book has everything angst, sweetness, crankiness, fear, & love; and that just happens in the first 3 chapters!

I am not one to want to spoil the ending for anyone so I won't but let me say that the chemistry between Ryan & Denver is something not to be missed, she wants the best for him when she finds him beat up in the alley, when she finds out he has been gambling on poker games and counting cards she gets real mad and upset but not for the reason that Ryan thinks she is. She has valid reasons that if she was just honest and told him about he would see things through a different filter. I will leave it at that. Read this book and see that it is definitely worth waiting for the conclusion!
Lost Lyric (Found in Oblivion Book 4)
Another fantastic story by the dynamic duo of Cari and Elliot. It is the fourth book in the Lost in Oblivion series. This book is about Devon the driver of the band's bus and Ryan who is the person who keeps the band together. Her past comes to haunt her and Ryan goes missing. Highly recommended and I can't wait to read the next book.
